Deliveries

Postage and packaging to any address on the UK mainland costs £1.95 (includes VAT), while delivery for UK. For deliveries to the Channel Islands please email our customer care team at sales@goosewinged.com for a free, no obligation quote.

Please allow 5 working days for delivery, however most goods will arrive earlier. Multiple items may be sent separately, so don’t worry if your entire order doesn’t arrive in a single parcel. Orders will be shipped by secure courier service and your delivery will need to be signed for during office hours at the address specified.

Returns

If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must safely return the items you do not wish to keep immediately. Always remember to obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate from your post office when returning goods.
